Pharrell x NMD TR Holi

Paying homage to the Hindu Festival of Colour known as Holi, this March 2018 release, as part of the three colourway "Holi Festival" pack, Pharrell Williams and Adidas once again excellently team up to create the Pharrell x NMD TR Holi, and it's a goodun. This pack follows on from the clean and refined ‘Blank Canvas' Collection. Unlike that release, this Pharrell HU NMD sports an eye-popping upper. Just like the explosions of colour seen across the Indian subcontinent during the Holi festival, this pair features a tie-dye printed Primeknit. This colourway is a fusion of oranges, greens and purples which feature in an acid-wash effect. It's totally unique and makes this silhouette especially appealing for the summer months. All the conventional Hu details are present from the integrated laces to the synthetic sidewall caging. This shoe is definitely a unique piece and not one for the fans of the understated, it is genuinely channelling the paint parties of the Indian Festival, and so when you wear it you feel like you are wearing something more than just a shoe.
