ASICS Novablast
The ASICS Novablast is the brand's most energetic daily trainer, built around a tall FF BLAST midsole and a trampoline-inspired design that returns a distinctive spring with every stride. First launched in 2020, the line has grown into one of the most popular ASICS running silhouettes, pairing soft, cushioned landings with a lively, responsive toe-off that suits everything from easy recovery miles to faster tempo efforts. Now several generations deep, it remains a neutral, do-everything shoe that has crossed over from the road to the street. Browse the full ASICS Novablast range below.

Built for Bounce
What sets the ASICS Novablast apart is its focus on fun. Where models like the GEL-Nimbus prioritise plush, protective cushioning, the Novablast leans into energy, using a lightweight FF BLAST foam and a curved, rockered geometry to create that signature bouncy ride. Each generation has refined the formula: the Novablast 4 sharpened the fit and stability, while the Novablast 5 added a taller, softer FF BLAST MAX midsole with a measured stack of around 40mm at the heel, and the Novablast 6 now leads the line as the current generation. The result is a running shoe that feels protective enough for long runs yet playful enough to make daily training genuinely enjoyable.
Key Novablast Colourways
ASICS Novablast trainers are known for their bold, expressive palette, and we stock the silhouette across a rotating mix of seasonal colours. Cleaner, more versatile makeups sit alongside brighter, statement pairs, so there is an option whether you want an understated everyday trainer or something with more presence. Explore standout options in white ASICS and crisp blue ASICS, or keep things low-key with grey ASICS and metallic silver ASICS. New Novablast colourways land regularly as fresh generations and collaborations drop.
ASICS Novablast Fit, Sizing and Buying
The ASICS Novablast is a neutral shoe available in both men's and women's fits, and most runners find it comes up true to size, though those who prefer a roomier feel may want to try a half size up. As with every pair on the platform, each ASICS Novablast sold through Laced is independently authenticated before it reaches you, so you can shop past-season deals and the latest releases with the same confidence. Whether you are chasing a new personal best or simply want one of running's most comfortable everyday trainers, the Novablast delivers.
